With a photo selected , click the Edit icon on the right to access the panels of editing controls . To expand or collapse a panel , click the panel title . If you prefer only one panel to stay open at a time , click the three dots in the column on the right and choose Single - Panel Mode . Many of the editing controls are sliders . Drag a slider left or right to make an adjustment . For more control , click the value to the right of a slider and press the up or down arrow key on your keyboard to move the slider in increments.
To reset a slider , double - click the circle on the slider . To compare a before and after view of a photo as you edit , click the Show Original icon in the toolbar . Your edits do not actually change the original image , so you can re - adjust or remove edits at any time . To undo one step at a time , choose Edit > Undo . To redo , choose Edit > Redo . To undo all your edits , click the three dots in the column on the right and choose Revert to Original . All your edits are automatically synced to the Cloud and appear on the photo on your other devices.
